Dillard’s Selects DataCom Systems Surveillance:  Dillard’s Department Stores, Inc., the premier national retail department store chain headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, has elected to standardize on DataCom Systems, Inc. for all of their video surveillance products.  To date, DataCom Systems has installed its ION™ Surveillance Solution in six of Dillard’s stores, all of Dillard’s distribution centers, and at Dillard’s Corporate Headquarters for a total of approximately 800 ports.  Dillard’s plans to roll out their surveillance upgrade in blocks of 750 ports and  purchased the ION™ Surveillance Solution for an additional fifteen of its flagship stores earlier this month.  Dillard’s has indicated it’s intention to eventually install the ION™ Surveillance Solution at all 360 of its retail outlets.  When completed at all Dillard’s properties, this surveillance upgrade will constitute more than 23,000 ports.
